He authored the best-selling book The Ultimate Sales Machine, which became a #1 business book on Amazon and a New York Times bestseller. Holmes worked with over 60 Fortune 500 companies, including American Express, Wells Fargo, and Citibank, establishing himself as one of America’s top marketing executives and strategic minds.

Holmes’ career took off while working for billionaire Charlie Munger, Vice Chairman of Berkshire Hathaway. Tasked with running nine divisions, Holmes doubled their sales volume within 12 to 15 months and continued this growth for several years. His success was built on developing the 12 Core Competencies and over fifty proprietary implementation methods, which became the foundation for over 65 training products sold in 23 countries.
