Ryan Holiday is an American author, marketer, and entrepreneur known for his work on ancient philosophy and its modern applications. Born in 1987, Holiday dropped out of college at 19 to apprentice under Robert Greene, author of “The 48 Laws of Power.” He later served as the director of marketing for American Apparel before founding his own marketing agency, Brass Check. Holiday has authored several bestselling books, including “The Obstacle Is the Way,” “Ego Is the Enemy,” and “Stillness Is the Key,” which have sold over 3 million copies combined and been translated into more than 30 languages.
