His book, one of the most significant business books of the past 50 years, became a mammoth bestseller, and its title entered the language.”
Fortune magazine

Clayton M. Christensen’s “The Innovator’s Dilemma” is a seminal work that revolutionized the way business leaders think about innovation and competitive strategy. This influential book examines why successful companies often fail to stay at the top of their industries when new technologies and market conditions emerge.

In this thought-provoking analysis, Christensen introduces the concept of disruptive innovation and explains how it differs from sustaining innovation. He argues that established companies excel at developing sustaining technologies but struggle with disruptive ones, which often start in smaller, less profitable markets.

Readers will gain insights into:

• The principles of disruptive innovation
• How to identify potential disruptive technologies
• Strategies for managing both sustaining and disruptive innovation
• The importance of creating separate organizations for disruptive projects

Through detailed case studies and clear explanations, Christensen provides a framework for understanding why good companies fail and how they can avoid this fate. He offers practical advice for managers and entrepreneurs on how to harness the power of disruptive innovation and maintain market leadership in rapidly changing industries.

“The Innovator’s Dilemma” remains a must-read for those who want to understand the complexities of innovation management and stay ahead in today’s fast-paced business environment. Its lessons are as relevant today as they were when the book was first published, making it a timeless resource for business professionals and students alike
