Author biography

Mikael Krogerus is a Finnish-born writer and journalist based in Switzerland. He is best known for co-authoring a series of bestselling business and self-help books, including “The Decision Book” and “The Get Things Done Book.” Krogerus began his career as a copywriter for various advertising agencies before transitioning to journalism. He spent five years as a staff writer for NZZ FOLIO, the supplement magazine of Switzerland’s leading newspaper, Neue Zürcher Zeitung.

Krogerus’s books, co-authored with Roman Tschäppeler, have gained international recognition for their concise and practical approach to complex topics. “The Get Things Done Book” distils 41 productivity models into easily digestible formats, drawing from world-famous techniques and professional secrets. His work often combines insights from modern psychology, personal development, management science, and organizational theories.

A graduate of the Kaospilot School, an alternative business and design school in Denmark, Krogerus brings a unique perspective to his writing. His multicultural background, having been raised in Sweden and Germany, informs his global outlook on productivity and decision-making strategies
