Robert Maurer, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and faculty member at the University of Washington School of Medicine. He is the Director of Behavioural Sciences for the Family Practice Residency Program at Santa Monica UCLA Medical Center and a faculty member with the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Maurer has served as a consultant to Walt Disney Studios, the U.S. Air Force, and numerous corporations and healthcare organizations.

As an expert in kaizen, the Japanese technique of achieving great results through small steps, Dr. Maurer has helped thousands of people integrate this approach into their lives and work. His book “One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way” has become a cornerstone text in the field of personal development and organizational change.

Dr. Maurer is a sought-after speaker, delivering presentations on kaizen, creativity, and stress management to diverse audiences worldwide.
