Meet the author
Madhavan Ramanujam is a Senior Partner and Member of the Executive Committee at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a global strategy and marketing consulting firm. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and has over two decades of experience in pricing and monetization strategies. Ramanujam has led more than 125 monetization projects for internet, software, and technology clients, helping bring numerous new products to market. He has advised companies of all sizes, from Fortune 500s to startups, including 25+ unicorns such as Asana, GitHub, Stripe, and Uber.
As a co-author of “Monetizing Innovation: How Smart Companies Design the Product Around the Price,” Ramanujam has conducted extensive research on innovation and pricing. His work has been featured in leading publications, including Harvard Business Review, Entrepreneur, and Inc. Ramanujam is also a regular speaker at prominent conferences and forums, such as SXSW, TechCrunch, and Dreamforce.
