She founded Practical Inspiration Publishing and hosts The Extraordinary Business Book Club podcast, leveraging her expertise to help business leaders articulate their ideas effectively. Jones has worked with leading companies such as Chambers, Oxford University Press, and Macmillan, most recently as Director of Innovation Strategy at Palgrave Macmillan.
