White has served as the lead email marketing researcher at major email service providers, including Oracle, Salesforce, ExactTarget, and Responsys. A prolific writer, he has authored nearly 4,000 posts and articles on email and digital marketing.
His insights have been featured in prestigious publications such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Advertising Age.
