With a certification in Applied Positive Psychology and over 15 years of experience in the New York City fashion industry, Spiegel brings a unique blend of practical expertise and academic insight to her work on personal growth and mindset transformation. She has also served as an adjunct professor at Parsons School of Design and the Fashion Institute of Technology, and is a 500-hour certified yoga and meditation teacher.
