Chris McChesney is the Global Practice Leader of Execution for FranklinCovey Co. and co-author of the bestselling book on strategy execution, “The 4 Disciplines of Execution.” With over two decades of experience at FranklinCovey, McChesney has been instrumental in developing and implementing the 4 Disciplines principles across hundreds of organizations worldwide. He has personally led notable implementations for major corporations such as Marriott International, The Coca-Cola Co., and Lockheed Martin Corporation.
As a highly sought-after speaker and advisor, McChesney has presented at some of the world’s largest leadership conferences, including the Global Leadership Summit and World Business Forum. His expertise in strategy execution has made him one of the top-rated speakers at these events.
McChesney’s career began by working directly with Dr. Stephen R. Covey, and he has since held various roles within FranklinCovey, including consultant, managing director, and general manager. His focus remains on helping organizations achieve results through improved execution strategies.
