Tal Ben Shahar, PHD

Tal Ben-Shahar, Ph.D., is an internationally renowned teacher and author in the fields of positive psychology and leadership. He earned his doctorate in Organizational Behaviour from Harvard University, where he also taught the most popular course in the university's history, "Positive Psychology." Ben-Shahar has written several bestselling books, including "Happier" and "The Pursuit of Perfect," which have been translated into more than 25 languages. As a consultant and lecturer, he works with executives in multinational corporations, educational institutions, and the general public, sharing insights on happiness, self-esteem, resilience, and mindfulness. Ben-Shahar co-founded Potentialife, a company providing leadership programs, and the Happiness Studies Academy. An accomplished athlete, he won both the U.S. Intercollegiate and Israeli National squash championships. Currently, Ben-Shahar divides his time between Israel and the United States, continuing to inspire individuals and organizations to lead happier, more fulfilling lives.
