Steven G. Rogelberg

Steven G. Rogelberg is a distinguished organizational psychologist and Chancellor's Professor at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He holds professorships in Organizational Science, Management, and Psychology, and serves as the Director of Organizational Science. Dr. Rogelberg is internationally recognized for his groundbreaking research on workplace meetings, team effectiveness, and leadership. He has authored over 100 publications and delivered more than 50 invited speeches worldwide.

As the world's leading expert on meetings, Dr. Rogelberg's work has been featured in major media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and NPR.
