Rob is the author of two books: "Structuring and Raising Debt and Equity for Real Estate" and "The Definitive Guide to Underwriting Multifamily Acquisitions," which is currently the number one book on multifamily underwriting. His expertise in real estate private equity has led to superior risk-adjusted returns exceeding 30% since 2018. Rob's journey began when he decided to pivot from his family's single-family real estate business to pursue multifamily investing. A college dropout at 26, Rob's bold decision and partnership with a like-minded entrepreneur resulted in the creation of Lone Star Capital. Rob is a frequent speaker and podcast guest, sharing his insights on real estate investing and capital markets. He currently resides in the Greater New York City Area.
