Scott's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Google, where she led AdSense, YouTube, and DoubleClick teams, and Apple, where she served on the faculty of Apple University. As a CEO coach, she has worked with tech giants like Dropbox, Qualtrics, and Twitter. Scott's unique background also includes managing a pediatric clinic in Kosovo and starting a diamond-cutting factory in Moscow. Her work focuses on creating more equitable and effective workplaces through practical frameworks for collaboration and respect.
