John W. Schaub is a nationally recognized real estate investor, author, and educator with nearly 50 years of experience in buying, selling, and managing houses. A graduate of the University of Florida with a B.A. in Business Administration, Schaub began his real estate career in 1973 and still owns properties from his early investments. He gained fame as a real estate investment expert through his seminars, classes, newsletters, and books, including the bestseller "Building Wealth One House at a Time.

He served on the board of Habitat for Humanity Sarasota for over 20 years, including four terms as president.
