John W. Schaub is a nationally recognized real estate investor, author, and educator with nearly 50 years of experience in buying, selling, and managing houses. A graduate of the University of Florida with a B.A. in Business Administration, Schaub began his real estate career in 1973 and still owns properties from his early investments.
