Gallinelli is best known for his bestselling book "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow..." published by McGraw-Hill, now in its third edition. As an adjunct assistant professor of real estate finance at Columbia University's Master of Science in Real Estate Development program, he has been sharing his expertise with aspiring professionals for over 20 years.
