Chad Sanders is an accomplished author, screenwriter, and podcast host, best known for his book Black Magic: What Black Leaders Learned from Trauma and Triumph. He holds a BA in English from Morehouse College, which has significantly contributed to his expertise in storytelling and narrative construction. Sanders has written for prominent TV series on Max and Freeform, and his work has been featured in major publications such as The New York Times, Time, Fortune, Forbes, Deadline, Variety, and The Hollywood Reporter.

Raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, Sanders' experiences as one of the few Black students in predominantly white educational settings deeply influenced his perspectives on race and success.
