Throughout his career, Dr. Aityan has held various leadership positions, including Chief Technology Officer and Director of R&D in the private sector. His research contributions are significant, with 64 published works and 480 citations in fields ranging from computer science to stem cell research. As an author, he has written on diverse topics, including business research methodology and stock market investment.
